"5.2.53 (30). procedure for issue of special permission, stipulated in Article 31.3 Federal Laws "About Highways and about Road Activities in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation";".
2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2024.
