About introduction of amendments and changes in the Law "About Compensation of Persons Holding the State Positions and Positions of Public Service"

Article 1. The subitem "b" of Item 2 of part 1 of article 3 of the Law of December 12, 2013, "About compensation of persons holding the state positions and positions of public service" (further - the Law) after words of" deputy directors of rescue service, rescuers" to add ZR-157 with the words "and criminal and executive employees".
Article 2. To add part 6.1 of article 7 of the law after words of "rescuers" with the words "and criminal and executive employees".
Article 3. To state part 5.1 of article 16 of the Law in the following edition:
"5.1. The serviceman of officer, unter-officer and ordinary structures of contractual military service holding the positions having functions on accomplishment of fighting tasks, planning or control and also the employee of police (except for the employee holding position of the chief of police), and also to deputy directors of rescue service, rescue employees and the criminal and executive employee by results of certification for qualification charges surcharge which amount and procedure are established by the order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia. In case of charge by the established this part of surcharge by the serviceman of officer, unter-officer and ordinary structures of contractual military service, and also the employee of police (except for the employee holding position of the chief of police), and also to deputy directors of rescue service, rescue employees and the criminal and executive employee the surcharges established by part 6 of article 32 of this Law established for contractual military service, position of criminal and executive service are not charged.
Article 4. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
