About modification and amendments in the Law "About the Service Providing Forced Execution"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 1 of the Law of February 18, 2004, "About service on ensuring forced execution" (further - the Law) words of "court, administrative acts, sheets of executive text" shall be replaced with words ZR-40 "provided by the law of the acts which are subject to execution".
Article 2. In article 2 of the Law:
1) to exclude words of "court resolutions" from the name;

Part 4 to state 3) in the following edition:
