About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Transportation of Dangerous Goods and Not Neutralized Container by Road Transport"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 3 of the Law of February 27, 2012 ZR-30 "About transportation of dangerous goods and not neutralized container on road transport" (further - the Law):
Item 1 after words to "buildings and constructions" to add 1) with the words "according to classification of the European agreement on the international road delivery of dangerous goods (DOPOG)";
To add 2) with Items 10-12 of the following content:
"10) the certificate on occupational retraining - the document of the corresponding sample issued to drivers and specialists of safety based on positive result of professional verification of requirements to transportation of dangerous goods;
11) professional training - professional training of drivers and programs specialists of safety according to requirements of the European agreement "About the international motor transportation of dangerous goods (DOPOG)" regarding the organization of requirements to transportation of dangerous goods, realization of safe transportation, decrease in probability of emergence of accidents, and also emergency response which will be enabled by the organizations having the license for implementation of professional training on transportation of dangerous goods;
12) particular dangerous goods - dangerous goods which on the physical and chemical properties has high degree of harm for life and health of the person and danger to the environment and require any kind of isolation".
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 7 of the law:
Item 3 of the word of "transportations" shall be replaced with words 1) "transportations";
2) in item 4 to exclude the words "and terms of the permissions issued on their transportation";
Item 5 to declare 3) invalid;
To add 4) with Items 7-11 of the following content:
