About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

According to Articles 7, 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of features of functioning of the monetary and currency markets in the conditions of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

1) in Item 12:

in subitem 1-4 of the word and figures "on the rate determined in Item 12-11 of this resolution" to exclude;

in subitem 5 of the word and figures "on the rate determined according to requirements of the paragraph of second/third Item 12-1 of this resolution" to exclude;

in the first offer of subitem 16 of the word and figures "on the rate determined in Item 12-11 of this resolution" to exclude;

Item 12-1 to exclude 2);

Item 12-2 to state 3) in the following edition:

"12-2. Authorized institutions perform purchase and sale of foreign currency on the rate established by authorized institution.";

Item 12-11 to exclude 4);

Item 13 to exclude 5);

6) Item 13-1 in paragraph one:

to exclude the word of "others";
