1. Recognize invalid some orders of Committee on cases of construction, housing and communal services and management of land resources of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to management of technical regulation and regulation of Committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of Committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Committee).
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-chairman of Committee.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
