For the purpose of development of infrastructure of settlements and effective use of land resources of the state, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of acts in the field of public health care" of April 11, 2016 No. 201 the following change:
- in the Sanitary and epidemiologic rules and standard rates "Sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to the treatment-and-prophylactic organizations" approved by the above-stated resolution:
add Item 9 with the paragraph of the following content:
"According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic the housing estate can be located at distance less than 100 m from hospitals of psychiatric, infectious profile.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
