Assuming as a basis articles 33 and 34 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About regulatory legal acts" and part 1 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About safe use of atomic energy in the peace purposes", the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides:
1. "About approval of procedure for the organization and conducting examination of safety in the field of use of atomic energy" of July 12, 2001 after words of "Article 7" to add the preface to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia No. 640 with words of "part 1 Item "p"".
2. "About approval of the Procedure for safe transportation of nuclear and radioactive materials" to state the preface to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of June 27, 2002 to No. 931 in the following edition:
"Assuming as a basis the Item "N" of part 1 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About safe use of atomic energy in the peace purposes", the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides".
3. In the preface to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of September 11, 2003 No. 1231 "About approval of the concept of strengthening of physical protection and protection of the Armenian nuclear power plant and nuclear materials and rules of physical protection of nuclear installations and nuclear materials" the word shall be replaced with words "р" parts 1".
4. "About approval of the Procedure for detection and neutralization of radioactive materials" to state the preface to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of May 3, 2007 to No. 553 in the following edition:
