For the purpose of implementation of verification and approval of export of separate agricultural goods to the Republic of Bulgaria, Romania, the Slovak Republic, Hungary and the Republic of Poland the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2022 No. 1466 "About approval of inventories which export and import is subject to licensing, and quotas for 2023" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 4, of the Art. 309) the enclosed changes.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.

1. Add Item 1 with the subitem 6 of the following content:

Consideration of requests for receipt of export licenses of goods by codes according to UKTVED 1001 99 00 00, 1005 90 00th 00, 1205 10 90th 00, 1205 90 00, 1206 00 91 00, 1206 00 99 00 to the Republic of Bulgaria, Romania, the Slovak Republic, Hungary and the Republic of Poland is performed in 30-day time according to the procedure, the established Ministry of Economics.
Issue of export licenses of the goods specified in this appendix is performed based on the approvals submitted by Minagropolitiki after bilateral consultations with partners within 15-day term from the date of receipt from Ministry of Economics of the request for receipt of export licenses of the specified goods without involvement of the subject of foreign economic activity according to the procedure of interdepartmental exchange of information. The basis for refusal in licensing for export of these goods, except stipulated by the legislation, is receipt of Ministry of Economics from Minagropolitiki of information on availability of the bases for refusal in issue of the approval specified in this paragraph.".
