1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 3, 2015 No. 465 "About limiting approval of rates for service in maintenance of readiness of electric power" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11850) the following changes:

"According to subitem 70-2) of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About power industry" I ORDER:";
the limiting rates for service in maintenance of readiness of electric power approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to development department of power industry of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) within five working days from the date of signing of this order the direction it the copy in electronic form in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2024 and is subject to official publication.
