1. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 25, 2015 No. 325 "About approval of Rules of use of reserves of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local executive bodies and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
in the Rules of use of reserves of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local executive bodies approved by the specified resolution:
state Item 18 in the following edition:
"18. Cost recovery of the goods provided for rendering the official humanitarian assistance by the Republic of Kazakhstan in commodity form, expenses of transport organizations on their transportation and also the expenses connected with sending and delivery of material values, the direction of rescue and medical forming of authorized bodies in the field of civil protection and the field of health care is performed from extraordinary reserve based on the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
2) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 8, 2019 No. 743 "About approval of Rules of humanitarian assistance":
in the Rules of humanitarian assistance approved by the specified resolution:
state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. The humanitarian aid is provided in cash or commodity form and (or) in the form of rendering services.
