About approval of Changes in the Regulations on involvement of commercial agents for provision of financial payment services
According to Articles 7, of 40, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About payment services", article 47 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of settlement, the commercial agents, and also strengthening of requirements to commercial agents connected with attraction who will be attracted for provision of financial payment services the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on involvement of commercial agents for the provision of financial payment services approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 2, 2022 No. 168, which are applied.
2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Alexey Shaban.
3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
