About change of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of November 4, 2022 No. 112
Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring on representation of the Ministry of Health in the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of November 4, 2022 No. 112 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1 psychiatry (Ministry of Health) "The report on diseases of mental disturbances, disorders of behavior (except the diseases connected with the use of psychoactive agents) and the contingents of observed patients" and instructions for its filling" the following changes:
1.1. in Item 2 of the word "subordination the state organizations of health care" shall be replaced with words "subordination (system, structure) the state organizations of health care (division)";
1.2. in the form of the state statistical reporting 1 psychiatry (Ministry of Health) "The report on diseases of mental disturbances, disorders of behavior (except the diseases connected with the use of psychoactive agents) and the contingents of observed patients", approved by this resolution:
in the word detail "Address Part and Term of Representation" "subordination the state organizations of health care" shall be replaced with words "subordination (system, structure) the state organizations of health care (division)";
in the Section III:
