RESOLUTION OF NATIONAL STATISTICAL COMMITTEE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1 psychiatry (Ministry of Health) "The report on diseases of mental disturbances, disorders of behavior (except the diseases connected with the use of psychoactive agents) and the contingents of observed patients" and instructions for its filling

Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve on representation of the Ministry of Health:

1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 1 psychiatry (Ministry of Health) "The report on diseases of mental disturbances, disorders of behavior (except the diseases connected with the use of psychoactive agents) and the contingents of observed patients" (is attached) and to enact it starting with the report for 2022;

1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1 psychiatry (Ministry of Health) "The report on diseases of mental disturbances, disorders of behavior (except the diseases connected with the use of psychoactive agents) and the contingents of observed patients" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report for 2022.

2. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution to the state organizations of health care providing medical care in stationary and out-patient conditions, subordinated to the Ministry of Health, local executive and administrative organs; the republican state bodies (except the Ministry of Health) having the state organizations of health care (division) providing medical care in stationary and out-patient conditions in the subordination (system, structure).

3. Declare invalid the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of October 15, 2021 No. 92 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1 psychiatry (Ministry of Health) "The report on diseases of mental disturbances, disorders of behavior (except the diseases connected with the use of psychoactive agents) and the contingents of observed patients" and instructions for its filling".

4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
