The "Provision on procedure for maintaining the State register of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic on October 14, 2004 No. 134 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2004, No. 10, Article 790; 2006, No. 9, Article 741; 2007, No. 2, Article 91; 2008, No. 8, Article 722; 2010, No. 9, Article 770, No. 10, Article 858, No. 12, Article 1061; 2013, No. 5, Article 520; 2014, No. 9, Article 1051; 2019, No. 6, Article 1029; 2023, No. 1, Article 84) to add with Item 24-1 of the following content:
"24-1. If receipt of the documents necessary for receipt of data from the State register, from the relevant state body (structure) by means of the Information system "Electronic Government" perhaps, then the specified documents are not subject to reclamation at the applicant. If receipt of such documents by means of the Information system "Electronic Government" is impossible, then they, with the consent of the applicant, are subject to reclamation at the relevant state body (structure) based on request or to providing with the applicant.".
