About modification and amendments in the Law "About Cinematography"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 3 of the Law "About Cinematography" of June 30, 2021 No. ZR-302 (further - the Law):
1) Items 16, 18 and 19 to recognize invalid;
To add 2) with Item 23.1 of the following content:
"23. 1) partial return of investments" cash rebate) - partial return of the cash costs incured by filmmakers for the goods and services which are directly connected with film production, acquired at residents of the Republic of Armenia".
Article 2. To add part 2 of article 5 of the Law with Item 1.1 of the following content:
"1. 1) partial return of the money made in film production;".
Article 3. Regarding 1 article 7 of the law:
Item 3 to state 1) in the following edition:
"3) is approved by procedure and conditions of provision, refusal and the termination of partial return of investments;".
To add 2) with Item 3.1 of the following content:
"3. 1) approves conditions and standard rates for the establishment of the inventory, services and works which are directly connected with film production, estimated in expenses, subject to partial return of investments, and the size of the money expenditure which is subject to return;".
Article 4. Regarding 1 article 8 of the Law:
Item 8 to state 1) in the following edition:
"8) based on the conclusions about partial return of investments and the grounds of provision of return given studying provided by National authority passes the decision on provision or refusal in return, and in the cases established by the law also on collection of return to the government budget or about the termination of partial return of investments and collection of the returned financial assignment in the government budget;".
Item 9 to declare 2) invalid.
Article 5. Regarding 1 article 9 of the Law:
