In pursuance of the resolution of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About procedure for enforcement of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About privatization of the state housing stock" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve:

Regulations on procedure for execution of agreements of alienation and transition of the property right in case of inheritance of the privatized apartments (part of apartments), houses (part of houses), according to appendix No. 1.

Regulations on procedure for privatization of housing stock of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, according to appendix No. 2.

3. Accept offers of the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on modification and amendments in Regulations on privatization of the state housing stock and the Rule about procedure for privatization of the state housing stock, its content and operation, and also recognition voided separate decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers according to appendix No. 3.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on construction department, transport and communication and legal department of the Cabinet of Ministers.

Appendix No. 1

Regulations on procedure for execution of agreements of alienation and transition of the property right in case of inheritance of the privatized apartments (part of apartments), houses (part of houses)

1. Apartments (part of apartments), houses (part of houses) transferred to the possession on paid, preferential or non-paid basis belong to the privatized premises.

2. The owner of the privatized apartment (part of the apartment), houses (part of the house) has the right to own, use and dispose of this housing, without violating the rights and interests of physical persons and legal entities protected by the law.

After implementation of the transaction of purchase and sale, exchange and donation, and also after transition of the property right according to the procedure of inheritance, irrespective of time of alienation or inheritance, the apartment (part of the apartment), the house (part of the house) lose the status of the privatized housing.

10. The title document on the property right to the acquired earlier privatized housing are notarially drawn up purchase and sale agreement, exchanges and donations, and also the certificate on the right to the inheritance granted in the procedure established by the law.
