About modification of the Regulations on Federal Antimonopoly Service
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
Bring in the Regulations on Federal Antimonopoly Service approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2004 No. 331 "About approval of the Regulations on Federal Antimonopoly Service" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 31, the Art. 3259), the following changes:
a) state subitem 5.8 in the following edition:
"5.8. will organize and provides mobilization preparation and mobilization of Service, and also control and coordination of activities of the organizations for their mobilization preparation and mobilization which are under its authority;";
b) add with subitem 6.10 of the following content:
"6.10. establish in accordance with the established procedure printing mass media for the publication of information, including official announcements, placements of other materials on the questions carried to the established field of activity.".
