1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on the procedure for issue of permissions to withdrawal of wild animals from the circle of their dwelling approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 12, 2013 No. 610:
exclude Items 10 and 11;
in part one of Item 17 of the word "fourth and fifth" shall be replaced with words "second and third";
