About entering of amendment into the Law "About the Child's Rights"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on June 26, 2023

Article 1. ZR-59 "About the child's rights" to add article 9 of the Law of May 29, 1996 with part 5 of the following content:

"The procedure for the direction of the child who underwent to violence in relevant organs for the purpose of provision of protection or the help, form of the help provided to the child who underwent to violence, and procedure for their provision establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective from coming into force of the sublegislative regulatory legal act following from this Law which is adopted within six months after official publication of this Law.
