About modification of Rules of provision of data on state registration of the acts of civil status containing in the Unified state register of civil registrations

Bring in the Rules of provision of data on state registration of the acts of civil status containing in the Unified state register of civil registrations, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2018 No. 1746 "About approval of Rules of provision of data on state registration of the acts of civil status containing in the Unified state register of civil registrations, and recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 1, Art. 41; 2021, No. 44, Art. 7429; 2023, No. 37, Art. 6828), following changes:
a) add appendix No. 1 with Item 20 (2) the following content:
"20(2). Data on the scrap termination:
a) date of the termination of scrap;
b) basis for the termination of scrap, stipulated in Item 1 article 16 of the Family code of the Russian Federation.";
b) add appendix No. 2 with Item 8 (1) the following content:
"8(1). Data on the scrap termination:
a) date of the termination of scrap;
b) basis for the termination of scrap, stipulated in Item 1 article 16 of the Family code of the Russian Federation.";
c) add appendix No. 3 with Item 25 (1) the following content:
"25(1). Data on the scrap termination:
a) date of the termination of scrap;
b) basis for the termination of scrap, stipulated in Item 1 article 16 of the Family code of the Russian Federation.".
