About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning implementation of investment projects with considerable investments
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:
1. In the Land code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, Art. No. 3-4, 27):
the ninth Article 20 to add part with the paragraph the fifth the following content:
"implementation of the investment project with considerable investments";
to add part one of Article 208 with words "and also the investor with considerable investments according to the special investment agreement signed according to requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About the state support of investment projects with considerable investments in Ukraine".
2. In Item 2 parts three of article 34 of the Law of Ukraine "About industrial parks" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, No. 22, Art. 212; 2021, 49, the Art. 390) the word "adjacent" to replace No. with the word "engineering and transport".
3. In the Law of Ukraine "About the state support of investment projects with considerable investments in Ukraine" of December 17, 2020 No. 1116-IX:
1) in Article 1 part one:
state Items 3 and 6 in the following edition:
"3) considerable investments - own or raised funds of the investor with considerable investments and/or the applicant which invest in investment objects in implementation process of the investment project with considerable investments";
