About modification of the Procedure for confirmation of extent of localization of production of goods

Bring in the Procedure for confirmation of extent of localization of the production of goods approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 2, 2022 No. 861 "About approval of procedures for confirmation of extent of localization of production of goods and carrying out monitoring of observance of requirements concerning extent of localization of production of the objects of purchase brought in the inventory, which are purchase subject with the confirmed extent of localization of production" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 63, the Art. 3807), the enclosed changes.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 22, 2023 No. 950
1. Add Item 5 with paragraphs of the following content:
"producers of goods have the certificate of conformity of quality management system in production to requirements of DSTU ISO 9001:2015 or DSTU ENISO 9001:2018 (ENISO 9001:2015, IDT; ISO 9001:2015, IDT), or national standards which they are replaced, issued by accredited body on assessment of conformity;
producers of wheel vehicles have the certificate of conformity of vehicles or the equipment or the certificate of conformity on individual approval in which identification number (VIN) of the wheel vehicle with its international identification code (WMI) of the producer of the wheel vehicle in Ukraine and the location of the producer of the wheel vehicle in Ukraine is specified.".
