About dissolution of National bibliotekovedchesky council, change and recognition voided the Orders of the Government

Based on part (7) Articles 14, Item f) Articles 27, parts (2) article 32 of the Law No. 98/2012 on the central branch public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, and Item е) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Dismiss National bibliotekovedchesky council with implementation of liquidation procedure.

2. To perform release of personnel of National bibliotekovedchesky council according to provisions of the labor law.

3. To transfer the property objects which are under authority of National bibliotekovedchesky council to the Ministry of Culture.

4. To the Ministry of Culture:

To create 1) in 30-day time from the date of publication of this resolution the commission on liquidation which will provide implementation of liquidation procedure of National bibliotekovedchesky council according to the procedure, established by the legislation;

2) to create the commission on transfer and to provide within 30 working days transfer of objects of property, according to requirements of the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901/2015.

5. In appendix No. 5 to the Order of the Government No. 147/2021 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Culture (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 206-208, 345), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) the Section "Public Theatrical Organizations" to add with line item 12 following contents:
