About creation of the memorial park of landscape gardening art of nation-wide Mezhyhirya value
Article 1. Create in the territory of Vyshgorodsky district of Kiev region the memorial park of landscape gardening art of nation-wide Mezhyhirya value by the total area of 138,5937 of hectare at the expense of the parcels of land of state-owned property provided to it in permanent use according to appendix.
Article 2. The central executive body providing forming and realizing state policy in the field of protection of the surrounding environment to which sphere of management the specified object belongs forms special administration of the memorial park of landscape gardening art of nation-wide Mezhyhirya value and approves Regulations on it according to the Law of Ukraine "About natural and reserved fund of Ukraine".
Article 3. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
2. Part one of article 53 of the Law of Ukraine "About natural and reserved fund of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 34, Art. 502; 1993, 26, the Art. 277) to add No. with the offer of the following content: "The memorial park of landscape gardening art of nation-wide value" Mezhyhirya "is created by the law of Ukraine".
3. Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:
in a month from the date of, the publication of this Law following behind day to provide formation of special administration of the memorial park of landscape gardening art of nation-wide Mezhyhirya value and approval of the Regulations on it;
annually during preparation of the bill on the Government budget of Ukraine for the corresponding year to provide the means necessary for functioning of the memorial park of landscape gardening art of nation-wide Mezhyhirya value.
