About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 2022 No. 168
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 2022 No. 168 "Question of some payments to the military personnel, faces of the private and the commanding structure, to police and their families during action of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1253, No. 27, the Art. 1485, No. 29, the Art. 1577, No. 55, the Art. 3245, No. 58, the Art. 3463, No. 80, the Art. 4834, No. 82, Art. 5035; 2023, No. 13, the Art. 778) the enclosed changes.
2. Determine that in case of reduction of the size of extra fee in connection with change according to this resolution of procedure, conditions of its payment and the size of extra fee its recalculation is not performed before entry into force of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied regarding payment of extra fee since June 1, 2023.
