The features of application of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of the treatment of production wastes and consumption in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 17, 2023 No. 255 "About features of application of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of the treatment of production wastes and consumption in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region" (Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 8, Art. 1351), to add with Item 17 of the following content:
"17. Item 5 of article 13.1 of the Federal law "About Production Wastes and Consumption" is not applied.".
2. This resolution becomes effective since October 1, 2023.
