About modification of the Procedure for functioning of electronic purchasing system and carrying out authorization of electronic platforms

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Procedure for functioning of electronic purchasing system and the carrying out authorization of electronic platforms approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 24, 2016 No. 166 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 22, Art. 855; 2019, No. 66, the Art. 2258), - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 4, 2023 No. 677, the enclosed changes.

2. This resolution becomes effective in two months from the date of its publication, except subitems 2 and 3 of Item 10, of Item 26 and the subitem 3 Items of 29 changes approved by this resolution which become effective from the date of publication of this resolution.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for functioning of electronic purchasing system and carrying out authorization of electronic platforms

1. In Item 1 after words to add "the procedure of carrying out authorization of electronic platforms" with the words "and cancellations of the level (levels) of accreditation of the authorized electronic platform".

2. In Item 2:
