About modification of the Regulations on the organization and conducting inspection checks

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 71, 72 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for conducting inspection checks of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in Item 22 of the Section V of the Regulations on the organization and conducting inspection checks approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 17, 2001 No. 276, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 15, 2001 at No. 703/5894 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 28, 2017 No. 145) (with changes), the following changes:

Subitem 1 to replace 1) with three new subitems 1, 1-1 and 1-2 following of content:

"1) identification when implementing permanent supervision of essential deterioration in financial condition of object of check;

1-1) identification when implementing permanent supervision of the facts which can demonstrate to non-compliance by object of verification of requirements of the legislation of Ukraine, regulatory legal acts of National Bank that can pose threat to interests of investors or other creditors of bank;

1-2) identification when implementing permanent supervision of negative tendencies in activities of object of check which further preserving can lead to deterioration in financial condition of object of check and/or non-compliance by object of verification of requirements of the legislation of Ukraine, regulatory legal acts of National Bank;";
