Development and implementation of plans of ensuring transport safety of objects of transport infrastructure and the vessels of the icebreaker fleet used for posting on sea lanes, courts to which the rules of merchant shipping and the requirement of protection of courts and port means established by international treaties of the Russian Federation are applied.

6. Forming and maintaining information resources of single state information system of ensuring transport safety, including the automated centralized bases of personal data about passengers.

7. Certification of forces of ensuring transport safety.

8. Certification of technical means of ensuring transport safety.
