Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, in connection with application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 17, 2019 No. 1592-VQD "About modification of the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About seed farming", "About radiation safety of the population", "About lease of land" and "About non-state (private) security activities", I DECIDE:

1. Bring in part 2 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About radiation safety of the population" of August 19, 1998 No. 758 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1998, No. 8, Article 508; 2003, No. 10, Articles 546, 585; 2008, No. 8, Article 719; 2009, No. 10, Article 785; 2017, No. 1, Article 38) following changes:

1.1. paragraphs to consider the second or seventh Items 2.1-2.6 respectively;

1.2. in Item 2.4 of the word "in the eighth part of Article 9" shall be replaced with words "in the seventh part of Article 9";
