1. Item 8 of the Procedure for informing the centers for provision of free secondary legal assistance on cases of detention, administrative detention or application of measure of restraint in the form of the detention approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2011 No. 1363 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011 p., No. 101, Art. 3719; 2015, No. 22, the Art. 608) to add with paragraphs of the following content:
"In case of introduction of the automated exchange of information with use of information and communication systems about the detained persons between subjects of submission of information and the regional centers data on date and arrival time of the lawyer to the detained person and its disposals are transferred to the regional center (in the presence).
The mechanism of the automated exchange of information with use of information and communication systems about the detained persons between subjects of submission of information and the regional centers is established by Ministry of Justice and the interested state bodies.".
