I. General provisions

The means from payment arriving in Fund of development of digital technologies under the Ministry of digital technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan are used strictly for financing of state programs of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also programs of informatization and development of telecommunication networks in the procedure established by the legislation.
