About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning enhancement of single questions of accomplishment of military duty and passing of military service
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:
1. In the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 38, Art. 324 with the following changes):
The second parts ten of Article 1 of the word of "certificates of addition to draft sites" shall be replaced with words 1) in the paragraph "certificates of the recruit";
The paragraph of the sixth part six of Article 2 to state 2) in the following edition:
"military service (training) of cadets of the highest military educational institutions and higher educational institutions which incorporate military institutes, faculties of military preparation, department of military preparation, department of military preparation (further - the highest military educational institutions and military educational units of higher educational institutions), and also organizations of professional prehigher military education";
3) in Article 6:
to add part one after words of "organizations, the organizations" with words of "organizations of professional prehigher military education";
in word part six "officers on military ranks and deadlines of stay of faces of officers" shall be replaced with words "officer, sergeant and foreman structure on military ranks and deadlines of stay of faces of officer, sergeant and foreman structure";
4) in Article 8:
in part one of the word "patriotic education" shall be replaced with words "national and patriotic education", "training of recruits on military and technical specialties" to exclude words, and shall be replaced with words the words "in the highest" "in organizations of professional prehigher military education, the highest";
in part two:
in the first offer of the word "bodies of Society of assistance to defense of Ukraine" to exclude;
