8) in Article 20:
a) third to state part in the following edition:
"If the property right to object of recreation, tourism infrastructure passes to the foreign person according to the procedure of universal succession, it shall within two years from the moment of emergence of the property right to make its alienation to the legal entity of the Kyrgyz Republic without foreign participation or to the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
b) add Article with part four of the following content:
