About entering of amendment into the Law "About Structure and Activities of the Government"

Article 1. Article 7 of the Law of March 23, 2018 No. ZR-253 "About structure and activities of the Government" to add with part 16.1 following of content:
"16.1. The Prime Minister is competent to create the commission on election of the candidates for judgeship in international courts proposed by the Republic of Armenia and to approve regulations of its work, and also to approve the list of the documents necessary for participation in elections of the candidates for judgeship in international courts proposed by the Republic of Armenia, to approve or reject the candidate list constituted by the commission on election results.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
