About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Employment"

Article 1. Item 5 parts of 1 Article 4, Items 15 and 16 of part of 1 Article 11, articles 12-13 and 17 of the Law of December 11, 2013 as No. ZR-152 "About employment" (further – the Law) to recognize invalid.
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 4 of the Law:
To exclude 1) from Item 9 of the word "within the annual program installed by part 2 of article 10 of this Law";
"The annual program installed by part 2 of article 10 of this Law (including each state program and employment service)" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 10 of the word "each state program and employment service".
Article 3. Regarding the 2nd article 10 of the Law of the word "according to the annual program" shall be replaced with words "by means of" single social service".
Article 4. In Items 4-7, Items 17 and 18 of part of 1 Article 11, speak rapidly 4 Articles 18, of part 5 of article 20 of the Law of the word "annual program" in the corresponding case forms shall be replaced with words "state programs of employment".
Article 5. In heading of article 15 of the Law of the word of "The annual program" shall be replaced with words "State programs of employment", and regarding 1 word of "The annual program" - words of "State programs of employment".
Article 6. To exclude from Item 3 of part 4 of article 19 of the Law of the word "provided by the annual program".
Article 7. To exclude from parts 4 and 4.1 of article 21 of the Law of the word "organized within the annual program".
Article 8. In article 24 of the Law:
Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 1 word of "the annual state program" "state programs of employment";
