About change of the resolution of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus of September 15, 2015 No. 150
Based on the paragraph of the fifth of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 13, 2012 No. 403-Z "About the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus" and Item 27 of the Regulations on procedure for the service in the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 10, 2011 No. 518, the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus of September 15, 2015 No. 150 "About the conclusion of the contract on service in the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
1.1. in the name and Item 1 to replace the word of "contract" with the word of "contracts";
1.2. state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. Establish standard forms:
the contract on service in the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 1;
the contract on service in the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus for receipt of general higher education in day form of education on specialties for the Investigative Committee in institution of higher education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and for five years of service in the Investigative Committee after receipt of general higher education according to appendix 2.";
1.3. in appendix to this resolution:
in appendix signature stamp the word "Appendix" shall be replaced with words "Appendix 1";
in Item 2:
in subitems 2. 2.11 and 2.19 word "legislation" shall be replaced with words 5, "legal acts";
in subitem 2.12 of the word "the President of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation";
in Item 3:
state subitem 3.13 in the following edition:
