The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Determine that implementation of powers of the central executive body in spheres of electronic communications and radio-frequency range provides:
till August 31, 2023 - Administration of Public service of special communication and information security;
since September 1, 2023 - the Ministry of digital transformation.
2. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning powers of executive bodies in spheres of electronic communications and radio-frequency range, public electronic registers, protection of critical information infrastructure and active counteraction of aggression in cyberspace the enclosed changes.
3. According to part six of Article 23 of the Budget code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "About electronic communications", for the purpose of implementation of powers of the central executive body in spheres of electronic communications and radio-frequency range to transfer the budget settings provided in 2023 on the general fund of the government budget of administration of Public service of special communication and information security according to the program 6641010 "Ensuring functioning of the state system of special communication and information security" in the amount 1612, to 6 thousand hryvnias (consumption expenses, from them compensation - 1321, 8 thousand hryvnias) to the Ministry of digital transformation on the program 2901010 "management and management in the field of digital transformation".
