About modification and amendments in the Law "About Ensuring Activities, Servicing and Social Guarantees of Officials"

Article 1. From Item 14 of part 1 of article 2 of the Law of February 4, 2014 No. ZR-1 "About ensuring activities, servicing and social guarantees of officials" (further – the Law) words", autonomous position in investigating body of Committee of state revenues" to exclude.
Article 2. From part 1 of article 3 of the Law of the word", autonomous position in investigating body of Committee of state revenues" to exclude.
Article 3. In article 5 of the Law:
Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 3.1 words "30 percent of the amount of the allowance join" "the amount of the allowance is estimated in the amount of 30 percent of official rate";
2) in part 10 of the word "9-12" shall be replaced with words "9-12.1".
Article 4. In part 6 of article 6 of the Law of the word "is recalculated" and "counted" to replace, respectively, words estimate" also "estimated".
Article 5. In article 9 of the Law:
1) in part 13 of the word "8-12" shall be replaced with words "8-11";
To add 2) after part 17 with parts of 18-21 following contents:
"18. Under this Law pension is granted also to person holding autonomous position in investigating body of Committee of state revenues, autonomous position in Special investigative service who on the date of release from this position had professional years of service at least 20 calendar years and meets conditions, the stipulated in Clause 2 presents of the Law. In that case the size of pension is estimated according to the procedure, the stipulated in Clause 5 these Laws, except for persons registered according to part 14 of this Article for whom the size of pension is estimated according to the procedure, established by this part.
