I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 17, 2016 No. 81 "About approval of the Inventory to which export customs duties are applied of the size of rates and term of their action and Rules of calculation of the size of rates of export customs duties on crude oil and the goods developed from oil" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 13217) the following changes:
state heading in the following edition:
"About approval of the Inventory to which export customs duties, the size of rates and term of their action and Rules of calculation of the size of rates of export customs duties on crude oil and oil products are applied";
state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. Approve Rules of calculation of the size of rates of export customs duties on crude oil and oil products according to appendix 2 to this order.";
To be reworded as follows the inventory to which export customs duties, the size of rates and term of their action approved by the specified order are applied according to appendix 1 to this order;
Rules of calculation of the size of rates of export customs duties on crude oil and the oil products approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix 2 to this order.
2. To provide to department of foreign trade activity of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
