in the Rules of turnover of civil and office weapon and cartridges to it approved by the specified order:
to state part one of Item 149 in the following edition:
"149. The procedure for carrying and use of sports weapon is performed according to requirements of Rules of use of weapons in case of sports activities and in the educational purposes approved by the order of the acting minister of culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 28, 2023 No. 203 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 33185).";
5) of Item 185 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"5) when importing fire acormose, gas weapon with possibility of firing by cartridges of traumatic action, electric weapon, and also cartridges of traumatic action, receive on them in authorized body in the field of health care the conclusion about admissibility of impact on human body of the striking factors, or guarantee in writing about carrying out medicobiological conformity testings to regulations of admissible impact on human body after import of weapon.
If when importing weapon by final consumers Armed Forces, other troops and military forming are, special and law enforcement agencies, execution of the import license is performed taking into account the Control list of specific goods approved by the order of the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 9, 2023 No. 424 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 32767) as military products.".
