About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 2004 No. 230
Based on part two of Item 2 of article 69 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 2004 No. 230 "About approval of the Regulations on the State register of payers (other obliged persons)" the following changes:
in the name of the word "About Approval of the Provision about" to replace with the word "O";
in preamble of the word "According to Part" shall be replaced with words "Based on part";
in Regulations on the State register of payers (other obliged persons) approved by this resolution:
from paragraphs two and the fourth Item 4, of the paragraph of the fifth Item 5, to exclude parts one of Item 9 of the word "according to the legislation";
in Item 7:
in subitem 7.1:
to state the paragraph of the seventh in the following edition:
"full name of the legal entity;";
in paragraph ten the word "number" shall be replaced with words "phone numbers, including mobile";
word in paragraph eleven of "the accountant (chief accountant), number" shall be replaced with words "person performing management of financial accounting, phone numbers including mobile";
the twelfth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
