About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

According to Articles 7, 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of features of functioning of the monetary and currency markets in the conditions of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

1) the first offer of the subitem 4 of Item 12 after figures "41" to add with words and figures "and the paragraph the fourth subitem 43";

Item 14 to add 2) with the new subitem of the following content:

"43) money transfer for the purpose of accomplishment of debt obligations of the resident borrower before the nonresident under the credit agreement / loan agreement signed between them under which provision/receipt of total amount of credit/loan (including returnable financial aid) is performed only after June 20, 2023, in case of simultaneous observance of the following conditions:

means on credit/loan arrive from abroad to Ukraine for transfer on the current account of the resident borrower in bank in Ukraine after June 20, 2023;

such currency transaction [except money transfer for the purpose of return of the amount of the credit/loan got by the resident borrower] is carried out in the amounts which are not leading to exceeding of the amount of payments for maximum interest rate which is determined according to Items 19-6 and 19-7 of this resolution;
