About recognition invalid and modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of creation of conditions for improvement of quality of work of the workers who are not belonging to the category of government employees, Fund of compulsory medical insurance under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work of government employees of Fund of compulsory medical insurance under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 10, 2020 No. 74.
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work of the workers who are not belonging to the category of government employees, Fund of compulsory medical insurance under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 20, 2022 No. 263 the following changes:
1) in Item 3:
- to declare the paragraph of the sixth of subitem 1 invalid;
- state subitem 3 in the following edition:
"3) the chairman Fonda of compulsory medical insurance under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic at the expense of three percent provided on content of Fund of compulsory medical insurance under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic and its territorial administrations has the right:
- make to the workers who are not belonging to the category of government employees, Fund of compulsory medical insurance under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic to whom the official or car on duty, payments of the compensation amounts for transportation expenses in the amount of 2000 som and food in the amount of 5000 som is not fixed;
