ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

About payment terms of work of the government employees and workers who are not belonging to the category of government employees, Fund of compulsory medical insurance under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of streamlining of wages system, increase in efficiency of activities of the government employees and workers who are not belonging to the category of government employees, Fund of compulsory medical insurance under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic according to articles 10 and 17   of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

1) the sizes of official pay rates of the government employees and workers who are not belonging to the category of government employees, Fund of compulsory medical insurance under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;

2) the sizes of percentage length-of-service allowances to official pay rates of the government employees and workers who are not belonging to the category of government employees, Fund of compulsory medical insurance under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.

2. Determine that Fonda of compulsory medical insurance under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic is paid to the government employees and workers who are not belonging to the category of government employees:

1) in case of exit in leave - benefit for improvement in the amount of two average monthly salaries;

2) the allowance to 50 percent for quality and results of work, professionalism and irregular working hours to official pay rate;

3) the allowance for academic degree according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;

4) the allowance for confidential kind of work according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;

5) the allowance for length of service with establishment of district coefficient to the salary for persons working in the conditions of highlands, the remote remote zones according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Determine that within year funds in the amount of four-months salary fund are allocated for quarterly awarding of the government employees and workers who are not belonging to the category of government employees, Fund of compulsory medical insurance under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic following the results of assessment, according to the procedure, determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work of the workers who are not belonging to the category of the government employees and occupied in public institutions including the organizations subordinated to state bodies of the executive authority" of April 6, 2015 No. 197 the following changes:

In paragraph three of Item 1 of figure "24-4" to replace 1) with figures "24-5";

In paragraph one of Item 7 of figure "24-4" to add 2) with figures ", 24-5";

To add 3) with appendix 24-5 in edition according to appendix 3 to this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
