About entering of amendment into the Law "About Police"

Article 1. Add the Law of April 16, 2001 with No. ZR-177 "About police" Article 24.1 of the following content:

"Article 24.1. Police powers in case of control over observance of requirements of the legislation in case of operation of swimming means

1. The police in case of control over observance of the legislative requirements imposed to operation of swimming means for the purpose of prevention or disclosure of crimes or administrative offenses or in the presence of the reasonable suspicion which directly arose in case of crime execution or administrative offense has the right:

1) to stop swimming means and to check the water certificate and other necessary documents established by the legislation for operation of swimming means and also availability of visible defects;

2) to Perform the ship master on sobriety according to the procedure, established by the order of the Government;

3) to isolate persons managing drunk swimming means;

4) to check observance of statutory rules of fire safety;

To inspect 5) in the presence of the owner or citizens swimming means, and also the transported load in case of availability of data or reasonable suspicions about movement of the objects withdrawn from civil circulation, materials and things, the property acquired in the criminal way, crime instruments and other objects bearing traces of crime;

6) Prohibition of use of swimming means, in cases of the offenses provided by parts 1, of 3, of the 5 or 6 article 125.1 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses.
