1. Approve with enforcement since February 1, 2007:
1) rates for services of Kazakhtelecom joint-stock company in provision of the telephone sewerage in use to telecom operators, according to appendix 1 to this order;
2) the tariff estimate on services of Kazakhtelecom joint-stock company in provision of the telephone sewerage in use to telecom operators, according to appendix 2 to this order.
2. To Kazakhtelecom joint-stock company is six months from the moment of introduction of rates and the tariff estimate in the simplified procedure not later to address to Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies with the request for review of rates and the tariff estimate in general procedure.
3. To department of administrative work and analysis of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies (Esirkepov E. O.) bring this order to the attention of structural divisions and territorial authorities of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies, Kazakhtelecom joint-stock company.
