About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 973
Based on subitem 1.6 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 2006 "About structure of the Government of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 289
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 973 "Questions of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
in Item 5:
"state" to exclude the word from subitem 5.4;
add Item with subitems 5.5-3 and 5.5-4 of the following content:
"5.5-3. establishes procedure for development, approval, approval and application of technological documentation on production of installation and construction works, creation and maintaining fund of technological documentation on production of installation and construction works, provisions (distribution) of technological documentation from the specified fund;

"state" to exclude the word from subitem 5.34-2;
in subitem 5.34-3:
