1. In paragraph five of Item 7 and in the second offer of Item 10 of the Regulations on procedure for forming and use of means of funds of support of the individual housing construction in the village approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 3, 1998 No. 1211 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 31, Art. 1174; 2012, No. 42, the Art. 1613) to replace the word of Ministry of Regional Development with the word of Ministry of Infrastructure.
2. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 5, 1998 No. 1597 "About approval of Rules of provision of long-term loans to individual builders of housing in the village" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 40, Art. 1486; 2012, No. 43, Art. 1669; 2020, No. 23, Art. 878):
To "Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 2 of the resolution of the word" to the Ministry of development of communities, territories and infrastructures";
The word Ministry of Regional Development in all cases to replace 2) in the text of Rules of provision of the long-term loans to individual builders of housing in the village approved by the specified resolution with the word of Ministry of Infrastructure.
